Juliana Vase

The Juliana Vase was our first addtion to the Alport Ceramic family. It's traditional shape lends itself beautifully to displaying flowers.

 

It's perfect in size at 19.5cm tall and 14cm wide.

 

Did you know that flowers stay alive and fresher for longer in a ceramic vase? By blocking the light getting into the water, it slows down the build up of bacteria and therefore keeps your boquet going for longer!

 

The speciality glaze transforms in the kiln when the small pieces of glass frit burst into colour and intricate patterns during the firing process. Due to the nature of the glaze and each piece being hand painted, every ceramic is slightly different and unique. The coloured glaze has tiny crazing.
