SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 3 working days for your ceramics to be prepared for shipping. -
Delivery Options:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. You can choose First Class (estimated 1–2 business days) or Second Class (estimated 2–3 business days) at checkout. -
Packaging:
I use eco-friendly materials where possible. Each piece is wrapped securely in tissue paper, a protective layer of bubble wrap, and cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts to ensure it arrives safely. -
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method. -
International Shipping:
Currently, I ship within the UK only. If you’re outside the UK and would love a piece, please contact me — I’ll do my best to help! -
Delays:
Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods like Christmas. Once your order is with Royal Mail, delivery times are out of my control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Change of Mind:
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items can be returned in their original, unused condition for a refund or exchange. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. -
Custom and Sale Items:
Custom-made pieces and sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. -
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. -
Return Recommendations:
I recommend using a tracked service for returns, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

How long will it take for my ceramics to arrive?

Processing takes up to 3 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail takes an estimated 1–3 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes! You can add a different delivery address at checkout. If you’d like to include a handwritten gift note, just leave a message at checkout.
Do you accept custom orders?

At the moment, I’m focusing on small batch releases. If you have something special in mind, please get in touch - I’d love to hear about it.
How should I care for my ceramics?

Hand washing is recommended to keep your ceramics looking their best. Although many pieces are dishwasher safe, gentle hand washing will help preserve the finish over time.
